Privacy policy

1. Controller
The controller of your personal data is Nexrelia s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 29956269, registered office Revoluční 1082/8, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 455087 ("we"). For any data protection matters, contact us at info@nexrelia.cz. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to.
2. What data we process and why
a) When you contact us by e-mail or through the contact form: your name, company, position, e-mail address, the content of your message and any other details you choose to share. The form on this website does not send data anywhere – it opens your e-mail client with a pre-filled message, and we only receive your details once you send that e-mail.
Purpose: responding to your enquiry, preparing an offer and discussing a possible collaboration.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and conducting business communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
b) Technical data when you visit the website: IP address, browser type and time of access, to the extent necessary to operate, secure and deliver the website. This data is processed by our hosting provider in server logs.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. How long we keep your data
We keep correspondence for the duration of our discussions and then for no longer than 2 years after the last communication, unless a contractual relationship results from it. If it does, we keep the data for the duration of the contract and then for the period required by law (e.g. accounting and tax regulations). Server logs are kept by the hosting provider only as long as necessary for operating and securing the website.
4. Recipients and processors
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their marketing. Our processors – our e-mail service provider and website hosting provider – and our advisers (e.g. accountants or lawyers), who are bound by confidentiality, may have access to it. If any processor handles data outside the EU/EEA, this is done on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies or any visitor-tracking tools. Fonts are served from our own website, not from third parties. If this changes in the future, we will ask for your consent first.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send requests to info@nexrelia.cz – we will handle them without undue delay and within one month at the latest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, https://uoou.gov.cz.
7. Automated decision-making
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
